5. ACCREDITATION
The accreditation system identifies individual participating in the event and indicate that these individuals are permitted accept. There will be accept control at the entrance to each area. All participants are required to wear ID Cards at all times in the Championships halls.
The delegations will be accredited upon their arrival in Sofia. For accreditation please bring with you a photo to each person of the delegation.
At accreditation, Heads of Delegation must check the correct names of their complete delegation; make any necessary payments, two (2) copies of their group's competition music tapes or CD, a tape or CD with the National anthem and the National flag.

6. VISAS AND INVITATION
All countries requiring for Visa or just Invitation for entry into Bulgaria, please contact us for the necessary documentation.

The Organization Committee will provide medical service at the competition and training halls.

9. TRANSPORTATION
The Organization Committee will provide transportation for the delegations from Sofia Airport to host hotel and accreditation service, from training hall to competition hall during the Official training and the Competition, and from host hotel to the halls if it's necessary.
